JB AtlaZZ is a songbook and music library application. This policy explains how the application uses information when you choose to connect cloud storage for backups and restores.
JB AtlaZZ manages songs, chords, metadata, setlists, and related settings that you provide. Your library and backups may contain information you enter. You choose whether to use available cloud backup features or local backups.
Connecting Google Drive is optional. When you connect, JB AtlaZZ requests the Google Drive per-file access permission (drive.file) rather than permission to access every file in your Google Drive. This permission allows the app to create and work with its own files and folders, and with files that you explicitly authorize through supported Google file-selection mechanisms.
In the current version, Google Drive integration supports creating backup files, creating and listing accessible folders, listing JB AtlaZZ backups in a selected folder, and downloading selected JB AtlaZZ backups for restore. A general Google Drive file picker for importing arbitrary files is planned but is not yet included.
Google Drive data accessed by JB AtlaZZ is used to perform the backup, restore, and file-management actions you request. The application communicates with Google Drive through Google's APIs. Cloud backup files are stored in the Google account and folder you select. The application does not need unrestricted access to your Drive for these functions.
JB AtlaZZ uses browser-local storage for application settings and data, including the Google OAuth client configuration and selected backup folder. Google sign-in requests an access token to perform authorized Drive operations. The current Google Drive connector keeps its access token in browser memory during the session.
JB AtlaZZ does not use Google Drive file contents for advertising or sell Google Drive data. Google Drive data is not transferred to third parties by the application except as necessary to carry out user-requested operations with Google Drive. This policy does not cover Google's own handling of information under Google's privacy terms.
You may choose local backups instead of connecting Google Drive. You can revoke JB AtlaZZ's Google access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. You can manage or delete backups in your own Google Drive account. Deleting a cloud backup is separate from removing the local application data.
